Throughout her career, Mette has successfully completed close to 1,000 recruitments of managers, specialists and key employees at several levels and different industries. As a result, Mette has acquired knowledge and networks in the candidate market, the recruitment process and several HR services.
Mette has a long career behind her with over 20 years of experience from HR-leading roles in large national and international recruitment and search companies. Mette has also held HR-leading roles in the financial sector at Danske Bank, among others.
Mette has over the years solved tasks for large Danish and international companies such as: Hempel, PFA, GE Money, LIDL, Royal Unibrew, Wicotec Kirkebjerg, Alm. Brand and Radiometer. But she has also solved several tasks for several medium and small enterprises.
Mette holds a B.sc. in Economics & Business Administration from Aarhus Business School, and has a background in the financial sector.
